For the Lynk & Co 07, I worked as a Lead CMF Designer from start to production launching the project in Shanghai this last March contributing to its groundbreaking success.
Whenever I visit China, I'm captivated by megacities like Shanghai and Beijing. The dynamic lifestyle and blend of tradition and modernity inspire me to imagine life there and weekends in the city. I love seeing the city change from day to night, observing how activities and colors shift
Saturday Night Out Trim Level
I started thinking about a Saturday night, I pictured driving a 07 through the city, feeling like I was in a spaceship crossing The Bund. Inspired by Shanghai’s night lights, I chose Black Ocean color in connection with the Shanghainese sky at night, Stone Grey inspired by the asphalt of the city, and Golden Light PVD accents to mimic the urban lights.
Sunday Fun Day Trim Level
For Sunday Fun Day Trim Level, I envisioned a sunny day with family and friends, appreciating the warm light and shadows on skyscrapers. This inspired a lighter design, combining Polar White color, a warm white tone, with Black Ocean and meta-pink accents, reflecting Chinese fashion trends.
